Marketing Associate – HIRING ASAPStart date: ASAP Duration: 12 Months Location: 3 days per week in London office, 2 days per week remote workingRate: £245 - £300 per day PAYE Summary:Our client is looking for an exceptional Partner Enablement Manager to take on a key role in driving our channel marketing strategy & execution with EMEA mobility partners like Vodafone. Reporting to the Director of Partner Enablement for EMEA, this experienced channel leader will be responsible for all marketing operations for bringing all RL products and services to market, including retail/channel marketing budgets, experiential programs, customer acquisition and retention, and measurement while continually improving our toolset and processes to meet our goals. You will need to feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment with democratized information and working across Product Management, Business Development, Marketing, and Operations teams and at the same time, working with our customer’s cross functional leadership teams. Responsibilities:Develop go-to-market EMEA retail channel marketing strategy in concert with our RL Category and Product Marketing teams.Focus on building programs that optimize awareness, trial and conversion and retention of our clients’ users across multiple products and services.Lead & execute marketing and merchandising initiatives with EMEA retail partners within agreed upon budgets and KPIs Continuously measure, manage, and optimize marketing programs to drive efficiency recommending tools development and processes as necessary to achieve these goals innovation.Oversight and management of channel co-marketing and OPEX budget, focusing on performance and delivering against agreed upon metrics.Present key marketing programs to retailer partners, executives, and business development teamsManage content & campaign activities across retailers ensuring our content meets brand standards and is in service of overall strategy.Always be innovating and partnering.Identify new channel marketing opportunities in EMEA and in partnership with other geographic leaders and position these opportunities for review to drive to a decision.Coordinate and manage marketing elements of regularly scheduled marketing reviews e.g. (Quarterly Business Reviews) including regional share, context & performance across our business channels and partners.Deliver and receive candid feedback on both sales/marketing metrics and personal performance.Key Skills:4 years’ experience in a Channel Marketing or similar fieldCandidates should have a demonstrable achievement and success with a consumer technology brand.4 years’ experience in building go-to-market strategies, planning and execution across digital and physical retail channels.4 years’ experience working directly with online retail partners with demonstrable knowledge of key advertising metrics and programs. CPC (Cost per Conversion), CPA (Cost per Acquisition), LTV (Lifetime Value) and ROAS (Return on Advertising Spend) as examples.Knowledge in Gross Margin Return on Investment (GMROI), inventory turns, etc.Demonstrate presentation skills.Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or related fieldExtremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail, able to detect inconsistencies and errors.Experience managing relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors.Highly effective at managing conflict.Can address issues between stakeholders swiftly to maintain a positive team spirit that is consistent with Facebook values.Strong interpersonal skills, approachable and flexible.Experience with navigating various organizational environments where culture and structure vary.Understand how to create and manage project trackers.Excellent communicator, superb verbal, and written communicationExperience with challenger/new business technologies that have changed the way human beings work and socialize e.g., Uber, Nest, Apple iPad.Creative/ Design background a plusExperience within a brand executing a direct-to-consumer physical retail strategy.Experience in bringing projects from concept.
