Client Solutions Manager 

📍 Location: London (Brock Street) – 3 days onsite per week
📅 Start Date: 1st September 2025
📄 Contract Duration: 12 months
💷 Pay Rate: Up to £350 per day PAYE

We’re looking for an experienced Client Solutions Manager (CSM) to join a high-performing UK Ecommerce team. You’ll play a key role in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across the client's platforms, partnering closely with clients to deliver strong business outcomes and first-class service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize campaigns on Meta platforms with a focus on ad performance, targeting, and strategy
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to shape and deliver marketing strategies
  • Act as a trusted client advisor, ensuring satisfaction and performance across campaigns
  • Stay current with trends in digital marketing, ad tech, and ecommerce
Essential Experience & Skills:
  • 5 years in digital marketing or customer acquisition
  • Proven Facebook Ads expertise: metrics, targeting, and optimization
  • Strong data analysis skills: turning insights into performance-driving strategies
  • Experienced in managing multiple cross-functional projects
  • Exceptional communication and client management abilities
Nice to Haves:
  • Ecommerce sector knowledge
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce
