[London, 14/05/2025] Investors in People has awarded Trinnovo Group, Trust in SODA's parent company, the We Invest in People Platinum accreditation.

It means policies and practices around supporting people are embedded in every corner of Trinnovo Group. In a platinum company, everyone, from the CEO to a customer services apprentice, knows they have a part to play in the company's success, and is always looking for ways to improve.

Assessment feedback praised Trinnovo Group's ability to respond to the challenges of a suppressed market with decisive action on a strategic level, including the divestiture of Biotalent and subsequent launch of DeepRec.ai, the creation of Sorai, and the introduction of a new Commercial Director role.

Some key highlights from the report:

  • 98% of Trinnovo Group’s people feel that they are stimulated to use their initiative in their role,
  • 94% believe Trinnovo is a great place to work
  • 96% feel trusted to make decisions in their role.

Paul Devoy, CEO of Investors in People, said: ‘We’d like to congratulate Trinnovo Group. Platinum accreditation on We invest in people is a remarkable effort for any organisation, and places Trinnovo Group in fine company with a host of organisations that understand the value of people.’

We believe that the success of your organisation begins and ends with people. If we make work better for everyone, we make work better for every organisation. If we do that, we make society stronger, healthier, and happier.

Ashley Lawrence, Founder and CEO of Trinnovo Group, said:

Despite the pressures of the last few years, we’ve continued to invest in our strongest asset: our people.

To see that reflected in Platinum reaccreditation is something we’re proud of across all areas of the business, Trust In SODA, Broadgate, DeepRec.ai, and Sorai.

Successful transformations, whether you’re gearing up for AI, expanding your services, or entering new markets, always start and end with people.

That focus has guided us through change and continues to shape how we grow. Only 7% of organisations achieve Platinum status. It’s a rigorous standard that recognises not just strong processes, but a culture of continuous improvement and leadership accountability.’
