Our relationship with Bupa began through a personal recommendation – having supported an engineering manager earlier in his career journey, we were his first port of call when he moved to Bupa Dental and needed to build out his team. Having built a foundation of trust over the course of several years, Trust in SODA were retained on an exclusive basis. ComAve was experiencing serious growth and had no talent or HR function. Trust in SODA (part of Trinnovo Group) started with recruiting the HR team and then became the talent function. Setting the strategy for all five of their businesses, we provided a linked ecosystem for talent attraction and management.
We successfully recruited in 38 roles across Sales, Technology, Engineering, Operations and Marketing, from Junior to C Suite including the COO, across Europe, covering Eastern Europe, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and France, as well as the UK.
One of the most important requirements to our client was speed of delivery, and the SODA team have delivered every time. Our EHS solution streamlines the recruitment process to secure business-critical hires faster.
As Delivery Hero was going through a period of growth due to the internationalisation of their product offering, they onboarded SODA as an embedded partner to assist with reducing time to hire and accessing international talent pools. Working closely with internal stakeholders, we worked across multiple business units and were successful in making 46 hires across React, Mobile, Engineering Management, Go, Flutter, Product, Scala, Data Science, Data Engineers, and MLOps.
Fidelis is a specialist insurer and reinsurer with long-standing industry relationships and more than 30 years of underwriting, risk management, claims, and actuarial knowledge.
Our relationship with Fidelis began through our sister brand, Broadgate, who were retained to support on transformation, legal, and compliance-focused roles.
What began as a Broadgate relationship soon evolved into a cross-brand collaboration, with Trust in SODA stepping in to cover Onda’s growing technology needs.
Since then, we’ve made more than 30 successful placements across Tech Architecture, Software Engineering, SQL, PowerApps, QA, Actuarial, Underwriting, Risk, Compliance, FP&A, and Credit Control.
One of the toughest challenges was the requirement for all roles to be based onsite in Dublin, five days a week. By working closely with Onda’s onsite MSP, we streamlined the process, built trust with candidates, and ensured the right skills were secured despite the market constraints.

After being recommended to QuantSpark by a previous customer, Trust in SODA was engaged alongside competing agencies to deliver a critical leadership role; however, due to SODA’s fast provision of high-quality profiles, the team was soon retained exclusively.
QuantSpark were looking for a blend of deep technical expertise and management experience, and they were operating inside strict budget parameters.
SODA conducted cultural interviews, competitor analysis, market mapping, and technical testing to ensure the right fit for the role, ultimately filling the position on time and in budget.

Virtasant reached out to us after running a Google search for boutique / niche recruitment agencies. They were looking to hire a Director of Client Services in the EU and didn't have the brand or presence in the EU and needed a high quality candidate, quickly. After successful completion of this assignment, we were then asked to recruit for their Director of Client Services in the USA, and have since supported them with a Head of Talent role and Tech Sales roles.
We provided them a detailed market map of equivalent consultancies that were scaling, providing a huge amount of competitor analysis that they did not have the local knowledge of.
