The RoleWe're looking for a Forward Deployed AI Engineer who can turn ambiguous business challenges into working AI solutions — moving quickly from ideas and prototypes to production.
You'll work directly with clients while remaining hands-on technically, combining strong engineering skills with a modern, agent-first approach to development.
Key Responsibilities
- Orchestrate AI agents to build and deliver solutions at speed
- Take AI projects from PoC through to production-ready MVP
- Build data pipelines and ML workflows
- Train, deploy and monitor ML models
- Develop and deploy cloud-based web services, ideally on Azure
- Integrate solutions with client systems
- Translate business challenges into practical technical solutions
- Work closely with clients and internal engineering squads
About You
- 3+ years' experience building scalable, production-grade software
- Strong Python and SQL skills
- Hands-on production ML experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow or scikit-learn
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure
- Experience with secure web applications and PostgreSQL
- Comfortable working with AI agents, Claude Code and AI evals
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- C1+ German for client communication
