The RoleWe're looking for an (Senior) AI Project Lead to lead high-impact AI projects from initial concept through to implementation. You'll work closely with clients, technical teams and senior stakeholders to turn business challenges into practical AI solutions, while driving projects forward in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead AI projects from inception through to successful delivery and integration
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Drive collaboration across technical and business teams
- Identify opportunities to deliver measurable value through AI
- Facilitate workshops, training and enablement sessions
- Translate complex AI and technical concepts into clear business outcomes
- Manage project scope, priorities and delivery
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Contribute to the development of AI strategies and new initiatives
About You
- 4+ years' experience successfully managing projects from start to finish
- Background in consulting, technology or a related field, ideally within a major consultancy
- Experience working on AI and Machine Learning projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experienced in running workshops and stakeholder sessions
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working with numbers, technology and business stakeholders
- Highly adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity
- Results-driven with a collaborative mindset
- C1+ German and English
- Comfortable travelling to client sites around 50% of the time
