Rate: Up to €390 per day
We're looking for an experienced IAM Platform Delivery & Operations Lead to join a large Enterprise Cybersecurity team supporting critical IAM platforms. This is a delivery-focused role where you'll coordinate platform delivery, manage releases, prioritise work across multiple engineering teams, and help drive improvements in platform resilience, automation, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and prioritise the platform backlog.
- Coordinate releases across multiple IAM engineering teams.
- Lead Agile ceremonies and maintain delivery momentum.
- Manage production releases and change processes.
- Track risks, dependencies, and delivery progress.
- Support platform improvements focused on automation, resilience, security, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate work across a small team of cloud and platform engineers (no direct people management).
About You
You'll have experience delivering cloud platform or infrastructure projects within a large, complex enterprise environment and be comfortable working with globally distributed teams.
You'll also bring:
- Cloud platform experience (Azure preferred, AWS considered)
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/OpenTofu preferred)
- Release management and Agile delivery experience
- CI/CD knowledge and tools such as Jenkins
- Experience with Virtual Machines and Kubernetes (AKS preferred)
- Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and delivery coordination skills
