The Opportunity
- We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative Technical Program Manager to join an eDiscovery & Information Governance team within a global organisation's Legal function.
- This role sits at the intersection of program strategy and technical execution, supporting global litigation, regulatory, and information governance matters, as well as the data science and AI initiatives that power them.
- The ideal candidate combines strong program management discipline with genuine technical fluency. You are comfortable owning a portfolio of concurrent workstreams, zooming in and out between day-to-day case work and long-range roadmap planning, and connecting the dots across teams to drive efficiency, alignment, and results.
- You can write and run your own SQL queries, reason about tooling and development lifecycles, and translate between technical practitioners and legal or business stakeholders.
- You bring intellectual curiosity, a bias toward building durable processes rather than one-off fixes, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment while partnering proactively with legal, product, data science, and operations teams across the organisation.
Top 3 Skills
- Hands-on SQL and tooling lifecycle ownership — able to independently write and run SQL queries and manage development and tooling lifecycles. Not oversight-level only; the role executes technical analysis directly.
- 5+ years in technical program/project management, with that experience including direct support of eDiscovery, IG, or legal ops teams, in a high-stakes litigation, regulatory, or governance setting.
- Scaled intake and cross-functional workflow ownership — proven track record managing complex intake processes and cross-functional workflows at scale, including building performance metrics and evaluation frameworks.

Program and project execution
- Own end to end program and project plans with cross functional teams, defining and prioritizing requirements, tracking action items and milestones, and ensuring on time delivery of critical initiatives

- Partner with product and subject matter experts to ensure methodologies are reviewed and approved, and draft supporting methodology documentation
Measurement and reporting
- Build and maintain evaluation frameworks and performance metrics such as completion rates, turnaround times, and time spent blocked
- Develop reporting and dashboards that make program health visible and drive continuous process improvement
Communication and influence
- Distill complex technical and legal information into clear, concise communication for a wide range of stakeholders
- Adapt to different working styles to build successful cross functional collaborations
