Lead Backend Engineer – Kotlin & AI

What do e-commerce, millions of daily users and pretty ambitious tech challenges have in common? Exactly where you come in.

Our client is an established digital e-commerce company with around 350 employees and an international focus. The business model has long been more than a classic online shop: it’s about digital products, broad reach, complex platforms and the question of how a good idea becomes a product that really works in everyday life.

Here, the security of a successful company meets the speed of a modern tech environment. New business models are being developed, start-ups are supported and technologies are being explored that will help shape the digital business of tomorrow.

For you, that means: You won’t be handed a finished tech world that only needs to be managed. You can help shape the architecture, develop teams, use AI in meaningful ways and build things that make a visible difference.
