<ul><li>3 years of experience with Palantir Foundry / AIP</li><li>Strong software engineering background (Python, Spark, TypeScript)</li><li>Deep understanding of data modelling, ontologies, and operational workflows</li><li>Proven ability to lead engineering teams in complex client environments</li><li>Consulting mindset – able to bridge both business and technical conversations with stakeholders</li><li>Startup energy – proactive, independent, high-output, with strong attention to quality</li></ul>Bonus Points <ul><li>Experience in financial services (banking, insurance, fintech)</li><li>Building tools or products on top of Foundry or AIP</li><li>Previous experience at Palantir or boutique Foundry consultancies</li></ul>
