Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to drive the commercial growth of top international retail partners. This role blends strategic account management, sell-in leadership, and hands-on market presence, ensuring strong commercial outcomes across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and grow a portfolio of top international accounts.
  • Build annual account plans with sell-in targets, assortment strategies, and expansion opportunities.
  • Lead seasonal sell-ins, presenting collections and brand direction to senior buyers.
  • Conduct market visits to assess retail presence, unlock growth opportunities, and strengthen client relationships.
  • Collaborate with VM, Activations, Digital, Sales Ops, and internal teams to ensure flawless execution and launch success.
  • Track performance and provide insights to optimize account strategies.

What You Bring
  • 3–5 years’ experience in key account management or commercial roles, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or accessible premium brands.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-country accounts and lead sell-in meetings with senior buyers.
  • Strong negotiation, commercial planning, and analytical skills.
  • Comfort with frequent international travel and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, culturally adaptable, high ownership, and results-driven.

Ideal Background
  • Experience in premium fashion, watches, eyewear, or lifestyle brands managing international key accounts and driving revenue growth. Exposure to multi-market retail, trade, or distributor environments is a strong plus.
