We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join an experienced engineering team building modern applications and services within an investment and asset management environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot and Angular.
- Develop secure REST APIs and cloud-native services using AWS.
- Implement automated testing, CI/CD and modern engineering practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects and engineers to deliver business solutions.
- Contribute to technical architecture and mentor other engineers.
- Support production systems and improve reliability and performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ commercial software engineering experience.
- Strong Java and Spring Boot experience.
- Experience with Angular or similar frontend frameworks.
- Strong REST API and distributed systems knowledge.
- Experience with AWS or another major cloud platform.
- Experience with automated testing and CI/CD.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Financial services or investment management experience is advantageous.
