  • Rate: €550 – €600 per day
  • Leads prioritization sessions for the product using fit-for-purpose prioritization techniques connected to the business strategy to visualize the work, manage dependencies and support prioritization of initiatives and work with teams to identify product contributing to an initiative and align product roadmaps across the initiative
  • Partner with delivery leadership (product and technology) to develop short and longterm plans for delivery teams aligned with annual and quarterly commitments
    Leads prioritization, ensure planning effectiveness, detailed plans, schedules, assignments and dependencies and leads release planning sessions utilizing relative estimation and forecasting techniques
  • Identify, define and lead dependency management, inclusive of resolving
    Develop and execute risk mitigation efforts, with timely escalation as required and gathers and maintains historic delivery data trends for teams to support future delivery planning
  • Organizes capacity planning utilizing historic delivery data

  • Lead regular collaboration with Design Partners and ongoing backlog refinement sessions, ensures a well-refined prioritized backlog, supporting effective delivery, continuous planning and management of dependencies
  • Engage appropriately for release success by coordinating and supporting releases with client-facing business leaders as they drive client awareness and product engagement.
  • Lead development of the work between development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear expectations and monitor work in progress, minimize context switching to ensure teams maintain focus and finish
  • Identify, measure and implement team delivery processes for predictable value delivery and support engineering quality excellence and standards applied throughout the product building lifecycle
  • Manage progress for product and release plans against milestones, capacity, and delivering business value, managing expectations with proper escalation, informing key stakeholders using appropriate reporting

  • Ensure product and portfolio data integrity in enterprise recommended tools, patterns and trends insights and understand and enforce Quality Standards
  • Maintain holistic backlog prioritized with TLM needs and tech debt and minimize amount of tech debt incurred ensuring risks/trade-offs understood and accepted
  • Understand and enforce Incident, Change and Problem Management processes and understand and apply the foundations of data available to measure delivery effectiveness, using leading and lagging indicators for reporting
  • Track, report and leverage pre-determined product, business, technical, quality and delivery KPIs to ensure delivery output is achieving business and customer outcomes and analyze historic delivery metric trends to identify opportunities, design improvement plans with delivery teams, adjust forecasted delivery timelines
  • Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience
  • 5 years of industry experience in a software development environment

  • Planning and Delivery Methodologies – Understands the various agile and project frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Agile, SCRUM, Lean, Six Sigma, Waterfall, Kanban, etc.) and applies the appropriate framework/methodology for the situation.
  • Problem Solving – Leverages knowledge, previous experience, and skills to identify the crux of an issue and creates a workable solution to resolve problems. Understands verbal or numerical information and how to make reasoned decisions based on this analysis.
  • Product Roadmap Management – Creates a high-level visual summary that maps out the vision and direction of a product over time.
  • Quality Control – Reviews the quality of all factors involved in production. Investigates products to ensure that quality is maintained or improved.
  • Release Planning and Forecasting – Defines and estimates work in scope for release based on target outcomes, prioritizes deliverables, aligns capacity with plan work, monitors progress against estimates, manages scope adjustments based on new insights, and ensures successful release of the product increment.
