Workday Integration Lead / Integration Architect (Contract)

We're seeking an experienced Workday Integration Lead to join a global HR transformation programme, leading the design, delivery, and governance of integrations across Workday, SAP HCM, payroll, and third-party systems.


Key Responsibilities
  • Define integration strategy, architecture, and best practices.
  • Lead end-to-end integration delivery from design through deployment and go-live.
  • Design integration solutions, data mappings, error handling, and monitoring frameworks.
  • Coordinate multiple IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Drive integration performance, security, compliance, and governance.
  • Act as the SME for Workday HCM, SAP HCM, payroll, and legacy system integrations.

Required Experience
  • Strong experience with Workday HCM integrations.
  • Experience integrating with SAP ERP HCM and payroll platforms.
  • Proven background delivering enterprise-scale integrations.
  • Knowledge of APIs, middleware, file-based, batch, and real-time integrations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
