We're seeking an experienced Workday Integration Lead to join a global HR transformation programme, leading the design, delivery, and governance of integrations across Workday, SAP HCM, payroll, and third-party systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Define integration strategy, architecture, and best practices.
- Lead end-to-end integration delivery from design through deployment and go-live.
- Design integration solutions, data mappings, error handling, and monitoring frameworks.
- Coordinate multiple IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Drive integration performance, security, compliance, and governance.
- Act as the SME for Workday HCM, SAP HCM, payroll, and legacy system integrations.
Required Experience
- Strong experience with Workday HCM integrations.
- Experience integrating with SAP ERP HCM and payroll platforms.
- Proven background delivering enterprise-scale integrations.
- Knowledge of APIs, middleware, file-based, batch, and real-time integrations.
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
