? WE’RE HIRING: FOUNDING GROWTH LEAD | AI / B2B | LONDON

 

We’re looking for a high-energy, commercially minded Growth Lead to join an ambitious early-stage AI business transforming the UK property sector.

This is a genuine founding hire. The product is live and generating revenue — now we need someone to build the growth engine, shape the story and put the business on the map.

 

This is not a role where you inherit a playbook. You write it.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Define the positioning and messaging that gets busy sceptical business owners interested.
  • Build demand through content, events, organic marketing, founder-led activity and paid social.
  • Own the funnel from first touch through to qualified product demos.
  • Speak directly with customers, join sales calls and turn customer insight into campaigns that convert.
  • Measure performance across every channel and focus on what drives real commercial results.
  • Build and eventually lead a small growth team as the business scales.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience building demand from near-zero, ideally in B2B SaaS, vertical software or an SMB-focused business.
  • A track record of contributing directly to lead generation, pipeline or revenue growth.
  • Confidence selling an unfamiliar product to non-technical, time-poor and sceptical buyers.
  • Someone hands-on who moves quickly, tests ideas and makes things happen without needing a big budget or team.
  • Practical experience using AI tools, LLMs or automation in your own work.
