Director of Architecture, Enterprise Contact Centre

We’ve had a role just go live with one of our long-term financial services clients in Galway. They’re looking for a Director of Architecture to join their Contact Centre department. Someone who will define capabilities, solutions, patterns, standards and guidelines related to the contact centre and the desktop experience.

You have deep subject matter expertise, five years or more, in one or more of the following areas related to large enterprise contact centres:
  • Infrastructure,
  • IVR and artificial intelligence self-service experiences,
  • large CCaaS implementations,
  • Agent desktop including agent assist and workflow automation,
  • operational performance capabilities such as workforce management,
  • recording with screen capture and data analytics. 
Tech Requirements:
  • 10 years in architecture/engineering with 5 as a solution architect
  • SME in large enterprise contact centres
  • Experienced architect designing and supporting enterprise level infrastructure, ideally using public cloud technologies
  • Experience with enterprise user experience strategy
