Contract Length: 4 Months

We’re seeking an experienced Data Scientist for a high-impact contract role supporting a leading global tech organisation. A strong candidate is someone who brings a deep customer-first mindset, understanding user frustrations and designing data-driven solutions that minimise friction and maximise trust.

What You’ll Work On
  • Driving product analytics to uncover behavioural patterns, risks, and optimisation opportunities.
  • Designing and evaluating experiments, including power analysis, precision/recall interpretation, and impact assessment.
  • Building clear, compelling data narratives for technical and non-technical teams.
  • Applying causal inference to understand the impact of product and policy changes.
  • Analysing account blocking patterns, investigating false positives/negatives, and evaluating trade-offs between security and user experience.
  • Partnering with engineering, measurement, and product teams to deliver data-driven recommendations.
  • Supporting continuous improvement for appeals workflows, compromised account processes, and system decisioning models.
