Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data within internal systems and databases.
- Perform data validation, quality checks, and identify discrepancies or missing information.
- Review and verify documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support data cleansing, reconciliation, and maintenance activities.
- Manage high volumes of data entry tasks while meeting quality and productivity targets.
- Maintain accurate records and follow data governance and compliance procedures.
- Prepare and organise data reports, spreadsheets, and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data issues and improve processes.
- Follow established procedures to ensure consistent and reliable data management.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in data entry, data administration, operations, or similar roles.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Experience working within financial services or data-driven environments is an advantage.
- Highly organised and detail-focused.
- Comfortable working with large datasets and repetitive processes.
- Strong commitment to data accuracy and quality.
