Change Manager 

Dublin (Hybrid – 1 day per week onsite)
Up to €690 per day 
Initial 6-month contract (strong extension potential)

We’re seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a major national transformation programme within a large public sector healthcare organisation. This role focuses on scaling adoption of a live digital platform that is reshaping how citizens access healthcare services. This is a stakeholder-focused position, not a technical delivery role. You’ll drive alignment, adoption, and engagement across clinical, operational, and executive groups in a complex environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct change impact assessments across stakeholder groups
  • Develop and deliver change, communications, and engagement plans
  • Lead training planning and support adoption activities
  • Manage senior stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Support operational readiness for new services
  • Track adoption and drive continuous improvement initiatives


Requirements
  • Strong experience in change management within complex programmes
  • Proven ability across:
    • Impact assessments
    • Communications & engagement delivery
    • Training planning
    • Post go-live review & optimisation
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Experience in large or matrixed environments
  • Structured, organised, and comfortable in sensitive settings


Desirable
  • Public sector or healthcare experience
  • Experience with digital platform rollouts
