Overview We’re currently hiring multiple Change Analysts to support a large-scale ERP and warehousing transformation programme within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-impact programme where the focus is on people, communication, and successful adoption of change—not just process.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce clear, engaging change and communication content
- Support delivery of communication plans and stakeholder updates
- Develop training materials and user guidance
- Conduct analysis and research to support change activities
- Create and maintain change artefacts and documentation
- Work closely with Change Managers and project teams
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a Change Analyst / Change Management role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organisational ability
- Proactive, with the ability to take initiative and work independently
- Comfortable in customer-facing or consulting environments
- Strong focus on people and stakeholder engagement
Desirable
- Experience working on ERP or system implementation programmes
- Exposure to large-scale transformation or warehousing/logistics projects
