Work Arrangement: This role is fully onsite in the London office, five days per week. The team works closely and moves quickly, so in-person collaboration is essential.
Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on content creator with 2–3 years of experience who can run content projects independently. This is not an entry-level role. The ideal candidate can produce polished, professional content and thrive in a fast-paced and technical environment.
Ideal Background
- Experience in content marketing or creative production within high-quality startups, B2B SaaS companies, or established creative agencies
- A portfolio that includes content for technology, fintech, consulting, or enterprise audiences
- A track record of producing credible and premium content
- Lead the full process of content production including writing, video creation, founder storytelling, product narratives, and content repurposing for LinkedIn, the company website, and launch campaigns
- Manage content workflows including planning, scheduling, shoots, and deadlines
- Coordinate with freelancers, designers, editors, and internal teams to deliver content quickly and to a high standard
- Act as a hands-on creator who is comfortable filming, editing, writing, and producing assets at speed
- Turn initial ideas into complete and high-quality pieces of content with minimal supervision
- Apply strong editorial instincts and maintain high creative standards
- Produce content that feels credible and polished for enterprise financial institutions
- A portfolio is required
- Candidates should provide examples of written content, videos, campaigns, or other creative work they personally produced from start to finish
