- Review the existing change and communications approach to confirm it is fit for purpose.
- Develop and maintain an approved AI change narrative aligned to the Reimagining Work strategy.
- Define key change outcomes and interventions.
- Develop Know/Feel/Do outcomes for managers and leaders, all associates, and P&O.
- Deliver and maintain an integrated change and adoption plan, updated through agreed governance processes.
- Collaborate with Mission Control to ensure alignment with the wider Reimagining Work agenda.
- Develop and maintain a stakeholder register and engagement plan, including stakeholder priorities, risks, owners, and engagement actions.
- Coordinate with the AI Communications team to execute the communications plan.
- Produce and distribute monthly communications packages, including key messages, FAQs, adoption guidance, and engagement content.
- Secure relevant communications placements.
- Maintain a stakeholder communications tracker documenting key communications and engagement activities.
- Evaluate stakeholder engagement and communications effectiveness on an ongoing basis.
AI Fluency Governance
- Restart the AI Fluency Council and ELB forums.
- Produce governance packs for AI Fluency Council and ELB forums, including agendas, decision requests, action trackers, and meeting outcomes.
- Engage the ELB and AI Fluency Council to drive action within their respective units.
- Coordinate with senior stakeholders and leadership to secure approvals as required.
- Document governance effectiveness reviews and recommend improvements to governance processes where required.
- Ensure the Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Manager learning pathways share an aligned narrative, launch approach, and follow-up plan.
- Develop and maintain documented rollout plans for Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Manager learning pathways, including audiences, content, timelines, and engagement activities.
- Develop tailored participant and line-manager communications in partnership with the Communications team.
- Maintain weekly communications coordination throughout delivery.
- Produce adoption insights and recommended follow-up actions based on participation and feedback data.
- Develop and execute an event delivery plan for the October AI event, including communications, stakeholder coordination, registration, operational readiness, and post-event reporting.
- Produce a post-event report summarising participation, outcomes, feedback, lessons learned, and recommended follow-up actions.
- Crystalise the overarching narrative with stakeholder input and ensure consistent understanding.
- Coordinate delivery across Learning, DDIT, and Future Ready Talent.
- Lead event operations, including registration and launch.
- Position the event as a critical moment in the change plan to enable Reimagining Work.
- Coordinate with units and country stakeholders on communications, content, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain the AI Champions Community strategy, engagement model, success measures, and roadmap.
- Mobilise champions to reinforce key messages, support adoption, and surface local insights.
- Maintain a documented engagement cadence and provide periodic reporting on champion activity and adoption impact.
- Maintain a programme risk and issue log, including impact assessments, mitigation actions, owners, target dates, and status.
- Monitor and track key programme dependencies and decision requirements.
- Document and escalate material risks and overdue decisions through agreed governance channels.
- Provide regular risk and issue reporting to programme stakeholders.
- Maintain records of risk mitigations, decisions, and resolutions.
