A fast-growing SaaS company near Munich is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to lead on complex, high-value deals.

They’re combining AI and supply chain tech in a way that’s actually delivering — not just talk. The sales team is sharp, focused, and serious about process (MEDDIC is baked into how they work). You’d be running full-cycle deals, supported by a solid GTM team and smart tooling to make prospecting and pipeline management easier.

📍 Location: Hallbergmoos (4 days/week in office)
💶 Salary: Up to €120k OTE (incl. ~30% bonus)
🗣️ Language: German (C1 required)

What you'll be doing:
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from first outreach to close
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder deals across supply chain, tech, and ops
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and leadership
  • Use MEDDIC and your own experience to run a clean, efficient process

What they're looking for:
  • 3–5 years of experience in SaaS sales, ideally with complex or enterprise-level deals
  • Strong commercial instincts and ability to qualify fast
  • Fluent German (C1 )
  • Someone who wants to work in-office most of the week (4 days)
