Service Desk Engineer (1st Level Support) – Contract Position – HIRING ASAP

Location: Onsite in Zurich for training to begin, and then 2 days remote working per week after
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6-month contract
Maximum Rate: 400 CHF per day – Labour Leased Contract

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and processing incidents and requests in German, French, Italian and English via our internal IT Service Desk
  • Supporting our internal customers with all IT support requests
  • Processing and resolving tickets according to our ITIL-based process framework; Involvement of 2nd level support as needed
  • Application support for various internal systems
  • Maintenance and expansion of our knowledge management database by recording relevant articles.
  • Working on a shift pattern basis as per the following:
    • Shift 1: 07:15 11:30, 12:15 - 16:30
    • Shift 2: 07:45 12:15, 13:00 - 17:00
    • Shift 3: 08:45 12:15, 13:00 - 18:00
Required Skills & Experience
  • MS O365 - Professional - up to 5 years of experience
  • Windows 11, Intune - Professional - up to 5 years of experience
  • Application support - Professional - up to 5 years of experience
  • ITSM tool, Servicenow - Professional - up to 5 years of experience
  • Hardware know-how: Notebooks, printers - Junior - up to 3 years of experience
  • Entra ID - Junior - up to 3 years of experience
  • MS Azure - Junior - up to 3 years of experience
  • AI, Copilot - Junior - up to 3 years of experience
  • Network, Zscaler - Junior - up to 3 years of experience.
