Key Responsibilities
- Receiving and processing incidents and requests in German, French, Italian and English via our internal IT Service Desk
- Supporting our internal customers with all IT support requests
- Processing and resolving tickets according to our ITIL-based process framework; Involvement of 2nd level support as needed
- Application support for various internal systems
- Maintenance and expansion of our knowledge management database by recording relevant articles.
- Working on a shift pattern basis as per the following:
- Shift 1: 07:15 11:30, 12:15 - 16:30
- Shift 2: 07:45 12:15, 13:00 - 17:00
- Shift 3: 08:45 12:15, 13:00 - 18:00
- MS O365 - Professional - up to 5 years of experience
- Windows 11, Intune - Professional - up to 5 years of experience
- Application support - Professional - up to 5 years of experience
- ITSM tool, Servicenow - Professional - up to 5 years of experience
- Hardware know-how: Notebooks, printers - Junior - up to 3 years of experience
- Entra ID - Junior - up to 3 years of experience
- MS Azure - Junior - up to 3 years of experience
- AI, Copilot - Junior - up to 3 years of experience
- Network, Zscaler - Junior - up to 3 years of experience.
- Fluent German
