This role owns end-to-end delivery management of the CISO's Cyber Evolution program — driving security initiatives across product, engineering and business enablement. The successful candidate will bring strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills together with cybersecurity know-how to deliver high-impact, enterprise-level projects.
How you'll contribute:
- Drive consistency and quality across project execution using the proprietary Tollgate methodology
- Manage the program portfolio in Asana/JIRA and keep stakeholders in the loop on key KPIs and KRIs
- Align plans and deliverables across capability teams and partners to keep delivery on track
- Represent the program in governance forums and report on performance
- Own program financial health — tracking, forecasting and status reporting
- Spot and manage risks early, and keep the RAID log current in Asana
- Oversee program budget, SOWs and invoicing in Asana/SAP
- Keep the program's document repository organized in SharePoint and Asana
- Coach and mentor Project Managers, helping build capability across the team
- A background in information security, compliance and risk management
- A knack for translating security strategy into clear, actionable plans
- Strong communication skills — comfortable with technical specialists and senior leaders alike
- Commercial awareness and natural leadership instincts
- Experience driving cross-functional initiatives, with a CISSP mindset (certification a plus)
