We are seeking an experienced Privacy Analyst to join a collaborative Privacy Office team, working alongside privacy attorneys and other privacy professionals to support data protection and privacy compliance across business and technology teams. You will play a key role in privacy assessments, compliance documentation, and supporting teams in embedding privacy requirements into product design and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project teams with Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), and other privacy-related documentation.
  • Review implementation plans and remediation activities to ensure privacy guidance is appropriately applied.
  • Advise business stakeholders on privacy matters, including data retention, privacy notices, and cookie compliance.
  • Support data inventory and information management activities.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track Privacy Office metrics.
  • Assist with privacy training and awareness initiatives across the organisation.
  • Liaise with business teams, technology stakeholders, customers, and vendors as required.

Key Requirements
  • Experience in privacy, data protection, or compliance-related roles.
  • Knowledge of PIAs, DPIAs, and privacy compliance processes.
  • Understanding of data retention, privacy notices, and cookie compliance.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with legal, business, and technology teams.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
