Solution Design Manager, Supply Planning (Kinaxis Maestro) Client: EPAM Systems, for a global pharma client Contract: full-time, B2B, December 2026 start, running to 2028 (end date to be confirmed) Location: remote from Poland (office presence TBC) Rate: €485 per day The role You’ll represent the business in the Supply Planning workstream of a global Kinaxis Maestro programme, owning the design, build and deployment of supply planning processes. Act as Business Solution Manager for Supply Planning, working with Global Process Owners, Business Champions, functional IT experts and other workstream leads Deliver design, build and deployment deliverables, including SOPs, work instructions and training material Run business screening and testing, and support data migration Align integration between Maestro and the wider landscape: ePP/DS, external manufacturing (Ariba supplier collaboration), ePPM and the EDW Keep user requirements and functional specs consistent with global and local processes Prepare master data for testing and cutover Support cutover and hypercare for commercial and manufacturing entities Define supply planning reporting requirements with the Reporting and Analytics team What they need Senior Kinaxis Maestro experience, ideally across full-lifecycle Supply Planning implementations 3+ years on Kinaxis implementation projects S/4HANA integration with Maestro (ePP/DS, MRP) Strong supply planning master data knowledge and an end-to-end process view Pharma or life sciences background Degree in supply chain, purchasing, IT or similar Fluent English

Role Summary Technical lead for DWH engineering and architecture, and technical sparring partner to the team lead. Owns the Data Vault 2.0 core architecture, modelling and development standards, and code and architecture reviews. Develops ADF and SQL ETL/ELT, CI/CD and test automation. Will help shape the modernisation path towards Databricks or Snowflake, with AI and advanced analytics to follow. Works with product owners, business units and the BI/reporting teams. Senior Django Engineer – Payments & Subscriptions | Contract | Remote EU | €550/day | Immediate Start I'm working with a fast-scaling AI product company (millions of users across mobile, web and API products) that needs a senior Django contractor to take ownership of the pricing and subscription system at the core of their revenue. This is a genuinely high-ownership role: architecture through to shipped code through to watching your releases perform in production. Small senior team, direct CTO exposure, backend deployed multiple times a week. The work Own the delivery and architecture of the pricing system used by every product surface and millions of users Optimise existing endpoints — drive down latency, keep it scaling as usage grows Design endpoints in direct collaboration with frontend engineers, with OpenAPI specs and supporting docs Monitor your own releases (Datadog) and iterate fast on real usage data Work cross-functionally with product and frontend to ship seamless user experiences You'll need 5+ years of hands-on Django and Django Rest Framework — this is a hard requirement, not "Python with some Django exposure" Relational databases at real scale: schema design, Django query optimisation, zero-downtime migrations on PostgreSQL/MySQL databases 100GB+ Production experience with subscription and billing infrastructure — Stripe and/or RevenueCat A pragmatic, ship-fast mindset: speed of iteration over perfection, frameworks over reinvention Strong ownership — comfortable making product and technical decisions without hand-holding Fluent English Available to start within 1–2 weeks Details Contract, initial 3–6 months, strong likelihood of extension Rate: €550/day Fully remote (EU-based), occasional overlap with CET hours Fast process: short interview loop, quick decision If you've built or scaled billing and subscription systems in Django for a high-volume consumer product, I'd like to speak with you this week.
