Technical Product Manager — AI Startup - London (hybrid)We've partnered with an exciting AI start-up building an AI assistant to solve a lot of the day to day issues in an industry most of us will have encountered regularly throughout our lives. They've already gone live with paying customers and have a lot more signed up on pilot schemes. It's an exciting time to join as the base is set, but you can still have a lot of influence on how the business progresses. The TPM will own quality for an AI product, end to end. You'll define what "good" looks like, build and tune the eval suites that test it, and turn real customer signal into what they build next.What you'll do:Own their AI evaluation suites and graders across product areasRun daily critical-error triage and root-cause issue diagnosisTurn customer feedback into clear, prioritised product ticketsOwn features from PRD to delivery, feeding directly into their roadmapHelp launch new modules as they scaleWhat you bring:3-5 years in product, owning outcomes with engineeringGenuine daily fluency with AI toolsA background in software development is essential (ideally a year hands-on technical experience with knowledge of agentic workflows)Rigour to measure quality, not just gut-check itComfortable in a small, fast-moving, AI-augmented teamExperience with AI evals/prompt testing, SQL, Linear/Notion, or startup environments would be big plusesThis is a broad, high-ownership role on a lean team. Data Platform & BI LeadWe've just had a really exciting new role go live with one of my long term exclusive clients in Dublin. They're searching for a lead engineer for their Data Platform and BI team. Looking for someone who already has some team lead experience as you'll have 2 direct reports from the start, with the potential for that team to grow. The role is probably about 30% leadership and 70% hands-on work. Role Requirements:Strong hands-on experience with SQL server and T-SQL DevelopmentStrong Power BI including dashboard design and data modellingHands-on experience with Microsoft FabricStrong experience administering and and supporting Azure SQL environments in productionExperience leading a team, mentoring and managing both internal and external stakeholdersThis would be a remote role with occasional trips to the office in Dublin city centre.
