Virtasant needed to hire a Director of Client Services in the EU but had no brand or presence there, and needed a high-quality candidate quickly.
As the business expanded its international client base, it required experienced commercial and client services leaders across multiple regions.
The business lacked local market knowledge in the territories it was hiring into.

The Outcome
