Years over which the hiring programme ran, from 2020.
LaunchDarkly is a feature management and software delivery platform used by engineering teams worldwide to release software faster and more safely.
The Challenge
LaunchDarkly was scaling its platform and infrastructure teams across San Francisco, Oakland and London during a period of rapid growth.
Specialist DevOps, infrastructure security and analytics engineering talent was needed simultaneously across multiple markets.
Hiring had to keep pace with growth without lowering the technical bar.
The Solution
Trust in SODA supported that scaling from 2020, placing DevOps and senior DevOps engineers, infrastructure security engineers and analytics engineers.
Technical support engineers, a lead product designer and a business operations engineer were delivered alongside the core engineering teams.
Sister brand Broadgate supported the wider engagement.
- DevOps and infrastructure security engineering at scale
- Analytics, product design and business operations coverage
- Delivery across San Francisco, Oakland, London and Ireland
The Outcome
The partnership delivered 30 permanent hires between May 2020 and October 2022.
LaunchDarkly built out platform, infrastructure and product capability across four locations in under two and a half years.
